Awesome Fried Egg
Make an awesome fried egg.
Equipment
- 1 cast iron pan (or stainless steel pan)
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 med egg free run
Instructions
- Preheat, preferably a cast iron, skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it.
- Crack the egg into a small bowl.
- Make sure the skillet is over a medium-high heat setting.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Then carefully pour the egg from the bowl into the skillet.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on the egg.
- Let the egg sizzle and cook to your liking.
- Transfer the cooked egg onto a plate.
- The egg is now ready to eat. Enjoy!
