Vege Meat Brocolli Onions Tomato Pizza

Make this delicious vegetarian pizza that has vege meat, brocolli, onions and tomato as it's toppings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole wheat pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 3 cups shredded vegan cheese
  • 1 cup red onions (cut into thin wedges)
  • 1 cup vege meat (ground the vege meat if not grounded)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Sautee the ground vege meat in a medium sauce pan with 1 table spoon of oil oil. Add black pepper and garlic powder. Do this for about 5 mins. Then turn off heat and let it cool off.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine the red onions, broccoli, tomatoes with olive oil and pinches of salt and pepper. Toss to coat and taste. Make sure that the vegetables are evenly and well coated with the olive oil so that the seasoning coats and marinates for flavor.
  • Put pizza dough on a pan, spread marina sauce over the pizza dough.
  • Take and distribute all the seasoned ingredients (red onions, broccoli, tomatoes) and spread evenly over pizza dough. Then take the ground vege meat and also spread evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Add the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese over top the pizza.
  • Put pizza in preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 mins until the top cheese melts, the crust is golden and cooked through and broccoli tender.
  • Pizza should be ready. Take it out of the oven, then serve and enjoy!
