  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • ½ cup almond milk (Any vegan milk will work)
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ¼ tsp turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Peel one banana and put in blender container
    1 medium banana
  • Peel one mango and put in the blender container
    1 cup mango
  • Peel orange and put in the blender container
    1 medium orange
  • Add the teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger in blender
    1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • Add cashew milk (or any vegan milk) in blender
  • Add the ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
  • Add ½ cup of coconut water
  • Finally add the teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • Blend everythin in the blender
