Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup probiotic vegan yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the almond milk along with the yogurt in blender
  • Add strawberry into blender
  • Add banana into blender
  • Add chia seeds into blender
  • Add honey or maple syrup, if you so desire (optional) into the blender
  • Blend everything at high speed until it gets smooth, creamy and silky. If the smoothie is too thick you can add a bit of water or vegan milk, until it comes into the right consistency.
