- ½ cup probiotic vegan yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Add the almond milk along with the yogurt in blender
Add strawberry into blender
Add banana into blender
Add chia seeds into blender
Add honey or maple syrup, if you so desire (optional) into the blender
Blend everything at high speed until it gets smooth, creamy and silky. If the smoothie is too thick you can add a bit of water or vegan milk, until it comes into the right consistency.
