  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1 medium banana
  • ¼ cup vegan yogurt
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk (or any vegan milk)
  • ½ tbsp unsweetened coconut

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until you get a smooth consistency
  • Pour into a cup
