Delicious Tropical Pineapple Coconut Smoothie
Make this simple, but delicious tropical pineapple coconut smoothie.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 1 medium banana
- ¼ cup vegan yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk (or any vegan milk)
- ½ tbsp unsweetened coconut
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until you get a smooth consistency
- Pour into a cup
- Top with coconut
- Ready to serve
