Strawberry Guava Smoothie
The strawberry guava smoothie is a tropical delight that you'll fall in love with when you make and taste it.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 3 medium guavas
- 3 medium strawberries
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Remove the ends of the Guava and cut them in half.
- Remove ends of strawberries.
- Wash all guavas and strawberries.
- Blend all the ingredients. If you think its too thick add some more milk.
- Strain through cheesecloth or fine sieve.
- Discard the seeds.
- Return to the blender. (Optionally, you can add ice at this stage, if you wish)
- Blend until it's a smooth consistency.
- Pour in cup and enjoy!
