Easy Vegan Condensed Cashew Milk

- ¾ cup raw cashews (pre-soaked and strained)
- ½ cup brown cane sugar (or agave, maple syrup, brown rice syrup, coconut nectar, or any other vegan sweetener)
- ¼ cup coconut manna (aka coconut butter)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ⅙ tsp salt
Put all ingredients in high speed blender and start blending.
You can pause and scrape down the sides, as needed.
Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Make sure it is blended into a thick, smooth consistency.
Use a glass jar to store the milk in a fridge.
The milk should be good for approximately 2 weeks.
