Easy Vegan Condensed Cashew Milk

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup raw cashews (pre-soaked and strained)
  • ½ cup brown cane sugar (or agave, maple syrup, brown rice syrup, coconut nectar, or any other vegan sweetener)
  • ¼ cup coconut manna (aka coconut butter)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in high speed blender and start blending.
  • You can pause and scrape down the sides, as needed.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  • Make sure it is blended into a thick, smooth consistency.
  • Use a glass jar to store the milk in a fridge.
  • The milk should be good for approximately 2 weeks.
  • Enjoy using the condensed cashew milk.
