Ingredients
  

  • 2 large oranges naval oranges
  • 1 thumb sized ginger root
  • tsp tumeric
  • 1 cup soy milk organic non-GMO
  • 3 medium sized carrots

Instructions
 

  • Carefully peel the skin off the naval oranges and put in blender.
  • Add the fresh ginger into the blender.
  • Add 1 cup of organic soy milk into blender.
  • Clean and wash the carrots, scrape the outer skin with a small knife, then chop them and add to the blender.
  • Add a 1/2 cup of cold filtered water.
  • Also add the 1/3 tsp of tumeric.
  • Start blending everything on low speed, then gradually increase speed.
  • Continues to blend intermittently until you see a smooth consistency.
  • Pour into a cup and enjoy your smoothie.
