- 2 large oranges naval oranges
- 1 thumb sized ginger root
- ⅓ tsp tumeric
- 1 cup soy milk organic non-GMO
- 3 medium sized carrots
Carefully peel the skin off the naval oranges and put in blender.
Add the fresh ginger into the blender.
Add 1 cup of organic soy milk into blender.
Clean and wash the carrots, scrape the outer skin with a small knife, then chop them and add to the blender.
Add a 1/2 cup of cold filtered water.
Also add the 1/3 tsp of tumeric.
Start blending everything on low speed, then gradually increase speed.
Continues to blend intermittently until you see a smooth consistency.
Pour into a cup and enjoy your smoothie.
