- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ medium banana
- 3 ice cubes (Optional)
Instructions
- Add milk into blender
- Add kale
- Add grated fresh ginger
- Add pumpkin puree
- Add cocoa powder
- Add cinnamon
- Add frozen banana
- Add 3 ice cubes (optional)
- Start blending until it gets to a very smooth consistency.
- You can add more milk or ice to adjust the desired consistency.
